If we can't hook you up with what you ordered 'cause we're out of stock, we might hit you up by email to swap it out for something else or give you a refund. Just keep an eye on your inbox.


Normally, we ship orders out within 4-7 business days. Preorders take a bit longer though, about 10-15 business days.

International Orders: 
Can't promise when your package will arrive if you're overseas. And heads up, there might be extra fees, like customs taxes, when it lands.

Shipping Delays: 
Yeah, sometimes it happens, your order might take a bit longer. Hit us up if you're worried about it.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you receive an item with a defect, please email our team at as soon as possible. We'll guide you through the returns process and resolve the issue swiftly. Make sure to contact us before sending anything back. If you send an item without notifying us first, we might be unable to process your request. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Refund Information

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and it doesn't amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

What should you do if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete? If your item is damaged or incorrect, we'll need photos to verify the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and prevent similar problems in the future. If you request a refund and we approve it, we may arrange for the collection or return and replacement of the item, or give you a refund for the purchase price.


Give us a few days to process refunds once we get your returned stuff. Sometimes it takes a bit to show up in your account.


If we messed up your order, hit us up with some pics and we'll sort it out. But if you've already washed or worn it, sorry, we can't help.
