DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong one, reach out to us ASAP so we can sort it out. Please send along some photos with your message—it helps us understand the problem and prevent it from happening again. Once we review the photos, we'll send you a return address. After we get the damaged or wrong item back at our warehouse, we'll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and what is in stock. Just a heads up, we can't take responsibility for any damage once you've used or washed the item.

Also, keep in mind we can only process refunds or exchanges for damaged or wrong items returned within 15 days of you getting your order.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVE?

Pre-ordering lets you jump the line and snag an item before it hits the shelves. Depending on what you're eyeing, the wait times could differ. You'll find all the deets about that in the product description when you place your order.

ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

When you make a purchase in our store, we'll charge you the full amount right away. Sometimes, your bank might put a temporary hold on the funds, which can take up to seven business days to clear. If you notice this hold hasn't disappeared or if you think there's a mistake with the billing, hit us up, and we'll sort it out.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

When you check out, we'll immediately charge you for your whole order, including any pre-order items. This way, your pre-order gets secured just for you.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Depending on where your order is in the shipping process, we might be able to tweak things like your shipping address, quantity, or cancel the order. Just reach out to us to request any of these changes, and we'll try our best to help out! Unfortunately, we can't adjust sizes or swap items once the order is placed.

Once we receive your request, we'll shoot you an email to confirm whether we could make the changes or not. Remember, our return and exchange policies apply to all orders unless stated otherwise in the product description or your order confirmation email.

DIGITAL ORDERS

To access your files on an iOS device, you'll first need to download them to a desktop computer and then transfer them to your device. Unfortunately, iOS devices don't allow direct downloads of music files to your phone. We apologize for any inconvenience!

How to access your files on your Android phone:

  1. Follow the provided link and click "Download" to access the album on your phone.
  2. You'll be directed to the downloaded folder where you'll need to click "Extract All."
  3. Once the album finishes downloading, a new folder will appear confirming the files are in MP3 format.
  4. You can then listen to the album on your phone's music app.

How to access your files on your desktop computer:

  1. Open the downloaded folder (typically ending with .zip).
  2. Click "Extract All."
  3. Once the album is fully downloaded, a new folder will pop up containing the files in MP3 format.
  4. You can then copy and paste the album to your desktop or mobile device.

Can I get a refund on my digital music purchase?

No, digital music purchases are non-refundable. All downloadable or streamable music sales are final and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any portion of your order containing digital music.
